IPIGLU 2.0
Know what is due, before it is due.
IPIGLU 2.0 is the firm's one place for clients, IP families, matters and deadlines. It works out what is due, reminds the person responsible, and keeps a record of every change.

How it works
Everything in one place
Clients, IP families and matters, with their parties, documents and history. Brought over from IPIGLU or from a spreadsheet, then kept here.
Deadlines worked out
Rules for the offices the firm files with turn filing and office dates into due dates. Reminders go to the person responsible, and escalate when a date is missed.
Machines suggest, people decide
Mail reading and the deadline rules only make suggestions, in plain words, with the quote marked on the mail. A person accepts or dismisses each one. Where the firm uses Double check, a second person checks new and changed matters and deadlines.
Everything on the record
Every change goes to a data log that cannot be edited: who, when, before and after, and why. A deleted record can be brought back for 30 days.
What is in it
Portfolio
Clients, IP families, matters, parties and documents. A family's status is worked out from its matters.
Deadlines and calendar
What is open, due soon and overdue at a glance; a calendar by day; lists you can filter and export.
Reminders
Mail to the person responsible and whoever else you choose, in the firm's reminder style, with a log of what was sent.
Mail
Once the firm's mailbox is connected, incoming mail is placed on its matter and read into suggestions. Client mail and follow-ups can wait for a manager's approval.
Documents
Letters and filings kept on the matter. A PDF opens beside the fields it is read into.
Search
One box finds a matter by docket, office number (with or without its punctuation), title, client or party.
Teams and access
Each person sees only the clients of their teams. Parts of the system are switched on per firm and per person.
Costs and to-dos
Fees projected from the open deadlines, and to-dos tied to a client, matter or deadline.
Also: reports and Excel exports, oppositions and court cases, foreign agents, and an Assistant for small actions that you confirm (when an admin switches it on).
Careful by design
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, for admins or for everyone.
- Clients stay apart. A team sees only its own clients, and the database enforces it, not only the screens.
- A log that shows tampering. The data log is sealed in a chain and checked every day.
Once you are signed in, the Manual tab explains each screen, and Feedback tells us what to fix.
